xiv. Our customers use our services to manage their day-to-day operations, rates, inventory and guest information. Our customers get access to our services through a dedicated account to be logged in from a URL. Yanolja Cloud Solution does not control the content of these or the types of information that our customers may choose to collect or manage using the Subscription Service. That information belongs to them and is used, disclosed and protected by them according to their privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. YCS processes its customers' information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our customers, and we store it on our service providers' servers, but we do not have control over its collection or management. Our agreements with our customers prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve the Subscription Service, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law.

xv. Yanolja Cloud Solution collects information under the direction of its customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Information it processes. If you are a customer of one of our customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our customer that use our Subscription Service, please contact the customer that you interact with directly. We may transfer Personal Information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our customers.

xvi. Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. However, we will normally collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you. If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information). iii. We may disclose your name, email, phone and address to our suppliers, distributors or third-party integration companies, insofar as reasonably necessary for improving your experience with us and help us serve you better.

iii. The hosting facilities for our website are situated in Asian continent and United States of America. The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries and continents. Our distributor network is located in various jurisdictions, including but not limited to the USA, UK, India, Kenya, Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, Pakistan, Iran, UAE, Cameroon, Cambodia, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Greece, South Africa, Iceland, Panama, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan, Botswana, Cote D'Ivoire, Ecuador, Egypt, Fiji, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Guyana, Italy, Kuwait, Maldives, South Korea, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Malawi, Hungary, Argentina, Mexico, Liberia and Brunei Darussalam. Please note that the European Commission has granted adequacy decisions only in respect of certain countries whose data protection laws are deemed to provide an adequate level of protection. For transfers to other jurisdictions that do not benefit from an adequacy decision, we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. (a) the period of retention of name and email address will be determined based on your interaction and communication with us.
